We are currently recruiting for a part time office assistant.

The position will be approximately 10 hours which are flexible, 8:30am till 11am Monday mornings is essential (this is when payroll is run)


You will need to possess the following attributes to be successful with us.

  • Punctual, reliable and trustworthy.
  • Good time management skills, ability to prioritise tasks on the fly.
  • Adapt easily to tasks.
  • Be fluent with Xero (this will be 90% of the role) 
  • Have a good phone manner (and a sense of humour).
  • Have strong attention to detail and work methodically.
